Özet:
The subject of this thesis is Dîvân by Bahârî, one of the sixteenth century Ottoman poets. The main aim is to present and analyze the Dîvân in terms of form and content, with giving some information about Bahârî’s life and his literary personality. By this purpose firstly we presented the transcribed text which is registered in Süleymaniye Library, Yazma Bağışlar no.6950/2 under the name Bahârî Dîvânı. Afterwards we added the poems from various sources which are known to belong to Bahârî to this transcribed text. After giving some information about Bahârî’s life, his literary works and personality we move through the textual analysis. On contential analysis we studied Religous and Mystical Features in the text by looking at religous elements such as holy texts, prophets, angels and also the mystical views of the poet. Then we examined the reflections of social life in Bahârî’s poems. At the last stage we studied the themes of lover and the beloved. Finally we gathered the knowledge we acquired through these analysis and commented on them. We gave the description the manuscript and explain the method we used in the transcription of it. As we thought there could have been some points which we overlooked we add a copy of the original manuscript to the end of our study. So that other researchers may have indicated their suggestions about these matters.
